AVREO REQUESTS
Need Images?
If you are a medical provider caring for Woodlands’ patients or referring patients to Woodlands for imaging studies and need to see the images, we have a couple of options for you:
- Providers needing access to view actual images can request access to our PACS system, Avreo. To do so, please complete the Avreo Remote User Access Agreement and email the signed form to wmsavreoremoteaccess@woodlandsmed.com. Access is generally granted within 24 hours, and verified credentials will be securely emailed to the office manager.
- Providers using Powershare can fax a medical records release to 850-432-2532. Please specify the required images and note “Send via Powershare.” Images and reports are typically sent within 48 hours.
- Providers without Powershare can fax a medical records release to 850-432-2532. Please specify the needed images and ensure the correct mailing address is clearly legible. Images and reports are typically mailed on a disc within 48 hours.
REFERRING PROVIDERS
