Jeffrey P. Wolters, M.D., M.P.H.

The son of a naval aviator and a Pensacola native, it was no surprise that Jeff wanted to return to his family roots here along the Gulf Coast after spending his formative years in New Jersey. Following his undergraduate studies at Boston College, Jeff spent 2 years teaching inner city high school in Boston. He returned to the South to pursue his MD simultaneously with his MPH in Epidemiology from Tulane University in New Orleans. At every opportunity, Dr. Wolters returned to Pensacola to visit his family and friends and realized that he wanted to come home permanently after completing his residency and specialty training.

At the conclusion of his surgical residency in Urology, Dr. Wolters served as the Chief resident in Urologic surgery at the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. While still in Virginia he went on to complete a clinical fellowship specializing in robotic surgery. As a robotic surgical specialist, Dr. Wolters brings extensive experience in robotic urology treatments to Pensacola. You can learn more about Dr. Wolter’s robotic expertise by visiting our Robotic Surgical Institute’s website. In addition to robotics, Dr. Wolters provides medical and surgical treatment for diseases and disorders of the entire genitourinary system.
