Gulf Breeze High School Academy Students Shadow at Woodlands

Woodlands Medical Specialists recently welcomed students from Gulf Breeze High School’s Academy for Health and Medical Professions for a morning of hands-on learning and career exploration.

During the three-hour shadowing event, students were divided into three groups and rotated through several departments—including Urology, the Ambulatory Surgical Center, Imaging, Oncology, and Radiation Oncology.

The experience offered students an inside look at the many paths within healthcare and the opportunity to observe clinical operations, ask questions, and engage with providers and staff in a real-world setting.
